Yes, all our products are made from 100% genuine leather sourced from the highest quality, LWG certified tanneries. We take pride in offering you only the finest materials.

4. Do you offer customization or personalization options?

No, we do not offer any customization or personalization options on our products at the moment. However, we are working on bringing you these options very soon. You can register to receive updates from us here.

Ordering and Shipping

1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collections and add your desired products to the cart. Proceed to checkout, where you'll provide your shipping and payment information.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and UPI for secure and convenient payment. We strictly follow all RBI guidelines with regards to online payments.

3. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

4. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on bringing our products to the rest of the world. Register here and we will inform you when we add new countries to our shipping

Returns and Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy within 7 days of receiving your order. We also offer a lifetime return policy on products with verified manufacturing defects.
